These terms cover your use of this website. Using Own Studio itself — the booking app — is covered by a separate subscription agreement, which you'd see and sign before anything starts.

1. Who we are

This site is run by PYTECH, a sole trader (preduzetnik) registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency under number 65385775.

2. What this site is

This site describes Own Studio and lets you book a demo. Nothing on it is a binding offer. What we provide, and on what terms, is set by the subscription agreement we sign with you.

We keep the site accurate and up to date, and we say plainly what the product does not do. If you find something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

3. Prices

The list price is €199 a month. It's the same in every country, and it includes your branded app on iOS and Android and the web version.

It doesn't include your Apple Developer account ($99 a year) or Google Play account ($25 once). You pay those directly to Apple and Google, and the accounts stay in your name.

PYTECH isn't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. Depending on where your business is based, you may have to account for VAT or sales tax on the service yourself — in the EU and UK, for example, under the reverse-charge rules. Your accountant will know.

Founding terms are limited to the first five studios and apply only when confirmed in writing. Prices on this site can change; a change never affects a price already agreed in your subscription.

4. Comparisons and the calculator

Competitor prices are those companies' published rates on the date shown next to them. They may have changed since, and they're not ours to guarantee — check the vendor's own pricing page before relying on them.

The "do the sum" calculator is arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It isn't a forecast or a promise of results.

5. Demo studios and screens

Studio One and Nova Pilates are demo studios. The people, classes and bookings shown in the app screens on this site are made up for demonstration.

7. Using the site

Use the site for its purpose. Please don't try to break into it, overload it, or copy it in bulk by automated means. Reading it with search engines and AI assistants is welcome — that's what llms.txt is for.

8. Our content

The text, design, images and code of this site belong to PYTECH. You're welcome to quote or link to it. Please ask before reusing it in any other way.

9. Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from relying on information on this site rather than on your subscription agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Serbia, and the courts in Kruševac have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
