# Own Studio

> A white-label booking app for independent fitness studios. Each studio gets its own app — its name, its icon — in the App Store and Google Play, under the studio's own developer account. Members can also book from a web version in the studio's colours. Bookings, waitlists, credits and schedules. Nothing else.

## Price
- €199/month, the same in every country. One plan, no tiers. No VAT added (PYTECH is not VAT-registered). The branded app is included on iOS and Android, plus a web version members can book from in a browser.
- No setup fee. No percentage of member payments, no transaction fees.
- Not included: the studio's own Apple Developer account ($99/year) and Google Play account ($25 once), paid by the studio directly to Apple and Google.
- Founding studios (first five only): €149/month locked for as long as they stay, plus free setup.

## Who it is for
- One-location boutique studios: pilates, yoga, reformer, barre, dance, martial arts, small-group training.
- Studios selling class packs or monthly credits, roughly 60–400 active members.

## Who it is not for
- Studios that need billing and payments in the same system — it does not process payments.
- CrossFit boxes whose members track benchmarks — no workout logging, leaderboards or PR history.
- Large gyms on unlimited access and turnstiles.
- Multi-location businesses (not yet).
- Studios relying on a marketplace for new members — there is no marketplace or discovery.

## What it does
- Members book and cancel in the studio's own app. Waitlists promote the next person automatically and notify them.
- Monthly credits, late-cancel window, no-show penalties, per-day and per-week booking limits.
- Instructor rosters, check-in, client plans and private notes, substitution requests.
- Branding (colours, font, logo) changes from settings and updates every member's phone without an app update.
- Changes reach every phone live — a cancelled session disappears from members' schedules immediately.
- Waitlist, badges and news feed can each be switched off per studio.
